Dr. Francisco Arredondo, Medical Director at DeerwoodWaco Fertility, is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist with over 20 years of experience and the founder of Pozitivf Fertility, a clinic dedicated to making fertility care more accessible and affordable. He earned his medical degree from Monterrey Institute of Technology and completed his residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center, followed by a fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Master of Public Health from Harvard. Previously, he founded Reproductive Medicine Associates of Texas and served as Chief Medical Officer of Prelude/Inception Fertility, overseeing over 50 specialists nationwide.

An author and mentor, he wrote MedikalPreneur to guide healthcare professionals in entrepreneurship and advises medical boards and investment firms. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, golf, travel, and mixology.
