Dr. Tony Anderson, Lab Director at DeerwoodWaco Fertility, is a leading expert in fertility with over 25 years of experience in embryology and assisted reproductive technologies and a founding partner at Pozitivf Fertility. As founding partner of Pozitivf Fertility and director of training at EmbryoDirector, IVF Academy USA, he is pioneering the integration of Toyota Production Systems into fertility care for cost-effective, accessible treatments. Previously, he led embryology labs at Aspire Fertility and Reproductive Medicine Associates of Texas, overseeing compliance and donor egg programs.

Holding a Ph.D. from Nova Southeastern University, his research on cryopreservation and preimplantation genetic testing has been widely published.

Outside work, he enjoys motorcycles, weightlifting, music, and fishing.
