Fertility Assessment and Diagnostic Testing
Your assessment will include a complete workup with labs, semen analysis, baseline ultrasound and tubal assessment, all of which can be completed in office.
IUI - Intrauterine Insemination
Deerwood offers IUI procedures and services including all necessary semen preparation and can facilitate utilizing sperm bank when necessary.
IVF - InVitro Fertilization
Deerwood offers full-service IVF including egg retrevial, ICSI, genetic testing and embryo transfers.
Outside Monitoring
Deerwood offers outside monitoring testing for patients who are completing fertility treatments out of town but need the convenience of labs, semen analysis or ultrasound locally.

Female Assessment Labs and Semen Analysis: $350

Physician Evaluation: $1,500
Includes: pelvic ultrasound with antral follicle count, saline sonohysterogram, sono-hysterosalpingogram, and physician consultation with development of treatment plan.
Ovulation Induction: $850
Includes: all associated imaging and labs as well as trigger injection.
IUI – Intrauterine insemination: $2,800
This includes all associated imaging, trigger injection, sperm preparation, insemination, and pregnancy test.
Femaseed intratubal insemination: $3,900
Includes: all associated imaging, trigger injection, sperm prep, insemination and pregnancy test.
Inclusive IVF: $18,500
Includes: all associated imaging, labs, medications, egg retrieval procedure, anesthesia, in vitro fertilization, embryo transfer, and 1 year embryo storage when applicable.
(Preimplantation Genetic Testing for Aneuploidy): $5,000
Includes: biopsy and testing of embryos.
Egg Freeze: $10,000
Includes: all associated imaging, labs, medications, egg retrieval procedure, anesthesia, egg vitrification, and 1 year storage.
Programed Embryo Transfer Package: $4,500
Includes: all required imaging, labs, medications, and transfer of embryo.
